I’m pleased to report that @3_thumbs_up_SJC has successfully developed a CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing protocol in weakly electric fish. This effort has resulted in sexually mature, sodium channel knockout #efish, which are electrically silenced: (1/7) https://t.co/qDAzEE3AVG. .
